Terms of Service for Timestamp Camera-Photo Gps

This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the “User”) and the developer of this Application (hereinafter referred to as “Us”) governing your use of Timestamp Camera-Photo Gps (the “Application”, applicable to all iOS versions).
By downloading, installing and using the Application, you acknowledge that you have fully read, completely understood and unconditionally accepted all terms of this Agreement. If you disagree with any provision of this Agreement, please cease using the Application immediately.
The Application is a lightweight camera tool adapted for iOS devices. It provides services including photo/video capture, custom watermark addition, and editing of timestamp, geographic location and text watermarks. We reserve the right to adjust, optimize or update application functions at any time without prior notice.
2.1 You warrant that you have reached the age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are a minor, you must obtain consent from your legal guardian prior to using the Application.
2.2 You agree that all activities conducted while using the Application shall comply with applicable local laws, regulations and this Agreement.
3.1 You may use the functions of the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with laws and regulations.
3.2 You are prohibited from using the Application to engage in illegal, infringing, obscene, violent or other improper activities, including but not limited to forgery of documents, infringement of others’ portrait rights, copyrights, privacy rights and other legitimate rights and interests.
3.3 You shall bear all legal liabilities arising from all watermarked photos, videos and other content generated by you via the Application. We shall not assume any legal liability in connection therewith.
3.4 Without our written authorization, you shall not crack, modify, reverse engineer, distribute the Application and its associated resources, nor use them for commercial purposes.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 All intellectual property rights in the Application (including but not limited to program codes, interface design, functional logic, trademarks and textual descriptions) are exclusively owned by Us.
4.2 The intellectual property rights to original photos and videos captured by you belong to you. Nevertheless, you grant Us a license to use anonymized data that cannot identify any individual for Application optimization and service upgrades.
4.3 No individual or entity may copy, distribute, sell or modify the Application without formal authorization from Us.
5.1 We attach great importance to user privacy protection. Your use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
5.2 The Application requests device permissions including camera, photo album and location access solely to implement core watermark shooting functions. Without your consent, we will not collect, store or disclose your private personal information.
5.3 We will not sell or rent your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes.
6. Subscription & Free Trial Terms
6.1 We offer optional free trial membership services for eligible users. Users may independently choose to activate the free trial membership to access premium functions of the Application for the specified free trial period.
6.2 Upon the expiration of the free trial period, the subscription service will automatically switch to regular paid charging standards and continue to renew unless you actively cancel the subscription in advance.
6.3 To avoid automatic charges after trial expiration, you must cancel your subscription at least one full day prior to the end of the current trial or billing cycle. Cancellation operations must be completed manually by you via your Apple Account: enter Apple Account Settings > Subscriptions > Locate the Application subscription > Cancel Subscription.
6.4 We do not support manual subscription cancellation or refund requests from our end. All subscription management, including cancellation and renewal, is subject to the official rules of the Apple App Store. You acknowledge and agree that you shall be solely responsible for any charges incurred due to failure to cancel the subscription in a timely manner.
7.1 The Application is provided to Users on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or the absence of faults or defects in the Application.
7.2 We shall not be liable for any losses caused by improper user operation, network failures, device malfunctions or third-party conduct.
7.3 All legal disputes, losses and liabilities arising from self-generated content and your use of the Application shall be borne solely by you, and We shall not be responsible therefor.
7.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice due to system maintenance, version upgrades or violations committed by you.
8.1 This Agreement shall terminate automatically if you stop using or uninstall the Application at any time.
8.2 If you breach any provision of this Agreement, We reserve the right to permanently restrict your access to the Application and terminate service provision without any compensation.
9. Amendment and Update of the Agreement
We may revise the terms of this Agreement in response to business adjustments and legal requirements. The updated Agreement will be displayed within the Application. Your continued use of the Application after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
