This Policy applies to all users of this App, covering all functional services including scan recognition, image processing, document export, local storage, etc. It only governs the processing of users’ personal information generated during the operation of this App.
2. Information We Collect and Purposes of Use
This App collects only the minimum necessary information to implement core scanning functions and will never forcibly collect irrelevant personal privacy data. The specific scope of collection and usage is as follows:
1. Camera Permission and Image Information To use the scanning function, you need to authorize camera permission on your device for capturing scanning materials such as paper documents, certificates and invoices. We only process the captured images in real time for recognition, rectification and conversion into electronic documents. Original photos and scanned materials are saved locally on your device by default and will not be automatically uploaded to the cloud.
2. Storage Permission and Document Data To save, view and export scanned electronic documents and image files, you need to authorize device storage permission. All generated files and scan history are stored locally on your device. Only you can view, manage and delete them; our server will not proactively retain your scanned files.
3. Basic Device Information To ensure stable App operation, adapt to device models and fix program failures, we may passively collect non-sensitive basic device information such as device model, system version and App version. Such information cannot identify a specific individual and is only used to optimize service experience.
4. Information We Will Never Collect This App will not collect privacy data unrelated to scanning functions, including your contacts, location information, SMS messages, account passwords, payment information, microphone data, etc. No background silent data collection will occur without special authorization.
3. Information Storage and Protection
1. Storage Method: Users’ scanned files and operation records are stored locally. The cloud only retains non-privacy log data necessary for App operation.
2. Storage Period: Local files are managed by users and may be manually deleted at any time.
3. Security Protection: We adopt conventional security technologies to protect App operation and backend data, and mitigate risks of information leakage, tampering and loss. If information anomalies arise due to technical vulnerabilities, cyberattacks or force majeure, we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly and notify users.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
1. This App will never sell, rent or share your personal information or scanned document data, and will not privately disclose your privacy information to third-party organizations or individuals.
2. Relevant information may only be disclosed in accordance with laws upon legitimate requests from judicial or administrative authorities, or with your explicit active authorization.
3. If this App integrates compliant third-party services (e.g. basic statistics, crash analysis SDKs), such third parties may only obtain non-sensitive device information, strictly abide by their corresponding privacy policies, and will not access your private scanned data.
1. Permission Control Right: You may disable authorized permissions such as camera and storage in your device system settings at any time. Disabling permissions only restricts corresponding scanning functions and will not affect other usage of your device.
2. Data Management Right: You may view and delete local scanned files and history records on your own. After uninstalling the App, all relevant local data will be cleared simultaneously.
3. Inquiry and Correction Right: If you have questions about personal information processing, or need to correct or clear your data, you may contact us via the in-app feedback channel.
This App serves general users and has no exclusive functions for minors. Minors may use this App only with guardians’ accompaniment and consent to this Policy. Guardians shall supervise minors’ usage. If guardians find minors improperly retaining private information, they may contact us for assistance with data cleanup.
We may revise this Privacy Policy timely in response to function upgrades and updates of laws and regulations. After revision, updates will be notified via in-app popups or announcements. The updated Policy takes effect upon publication. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
